Financial aid applications coming soon
It is our goal for everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy camp regardless of money or current situation. Please complete all the following steps, so that we can assist in sending your kids to camp this summer!
- Step 1:
- Contact your parish to see if they are willing to offer additional financial assistance.
- Step 2:
- Register your campers.
- Step 3:
- Complete the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Camp Financial Assistance Form, located on our Camp Registration Site.
- Step 4:
- Get ready for camp!
After our financial assistance committee reviews your submission, we will reach out to you with the amount we are able to assist. If the amount the archdiocese is able to assist with is not enough and you are still not comfortable or able to afford the remaining balance, you may ask for a refund and receive your $100 deposit back.

Parish Scholarships
Many parishes will offer financial assistance or scholarships for camp. We encourage you to reach out to the youth minister, DRE, parish secretary or pastor for more information.
